1. What is the Gillette & Venus Subscription Service?

The Gillette & Venus Subscription Service was a feature that allowed you to set up automatic shipments of certain products on a schedule of your choosing. The program is not being offered at this time.

3. Did signing up for a subscription product lock in the price I would pay?

If the product price changed during your subscription, you will still be charged the old price unless you cancel your subscription and place a new order.

4. When do I pay for my Subscription Service order?

You will only be charged once the order has shipped.

5. Can I change item quantities or my delivery schedule?

Shipping schedule changes and item changes are not permitted. You will need to cancel your current subscription order if you need to make any changes.

6. How do I cancel my subscription order?

You can cancel at any time. To cancel future shipments, log into your account and click the "Stop Future Billing & Shipments" button for the Auto-Ship order you'd like to cancel. You can also contact our Customer Service center by phone at 1-866-348-7671, Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time.

7. When will my next shipment arrive?

Subscription orders are processed on the anniversary of the initial order. However, the interval will vary based on the schedule you selected (every 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 months). You can also view the upcoming ship date(s) for all your pending subscription order(s) on your account page .

Searching for a Product

1. How do I locate a product on the site?

Products are grouped by gender and organized by either brand (i.e. Fusion, Venus Embrace) or category (i.e. blades, razors, shave care). You can navigate to the proper section to find your product from either the links in the middle of each page or through the navigation on the left. You can also use the Search functionality in the top right to find your product. In addition, as you navigate through the site, you will see where you are from the breadcrumbing at the top of each page. You can use the breadcrumbing to backtrack to a specific section. Finally, there is a site map link on the bottom of every page. Clicking this link will show you how the site is organized, and you can find the product you are searching for using this page. Payment

1. Can I use coupons or gift certificates for purchases on Shop.Gillette.com?

Shop.Gillette.com does not accept coupons unless exclusively provided for or by Shop.Gillette.com. Occasionally, Shop.Gillette.com runs a promotion that requires a promotion code. If you have a promotion code, you may enter into the box listed during checkout. Gift certificates may not be used for payment.

2. Do you accept another currency besides US dollars?

No, all prices are in US dollars.

3. Is there sales tax?

Sales tax in the amount of 5% will be collected for all orders that ship to Massachusetts addresses only. Shipments to all other states will not include a sales tax. If tax is applicable to your order it will be automatically calculated and reflected on your order during Checkout.

4. What is done to secure my credit card transaction?

Shop.Gillette.com values you as a customer and protecting you and your order information are of paramount importance to us. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology is used to protect all aspects of your transaction on the site.

SSL encrypts your order information to avoid the decoding of that information by anyone other than Shop.Gillette.com. To verify the security of your transactions and check the security of your connection; check the lower left corner of your browser window after accessing the server. A closed lock (depending on your browser) indicates that the SSL is active. A second way to verify the secure status of your transaction is indicated in the URL of the pages upon which information is provided. When the first characters of the URL are "https" as opposed to "http" you are accessing a secure server. Whenever you are entering personal information you will be in a secure area of our store. The general information pages and items pages do not require you to supply information and therefore are not "locked".

If your browser or firewall does not permit communication through secure servers, you will not be able to place an order.

1. How am I notified when my order ships?

When your order ships you will receive an acknowledgment via Email that confirms all of the details of your order and the date it shipped. This acknowledgment will include the items ordered, price, sales tax, shipping & handling charges, carrier tracking number if applicable and any information regarding items that may be unavailable.

2. How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via FedEx, the USPS and other carriers. The method of shipment is based on the dollar value of the order, the weight of the order, the location being shipped to, and the delivery time selected by the customer. We offer an expedited shipping shipping option for an extra charge.

4. When are orders shipped?

All in-stock merchandise is normally shipped from our warehouse within 2 days of placing your order (excluding holidays and weekends). If an item is on backorder you will be notified. Subscription orders normally ship on the anniversary of when the original order was placed, but the interval will vary based on the selected schedule (every 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 months). You can also view the upcoming ship date(s) for all your pending subscription order(s) on your account page

Orders

1. Can I cancel my order once I place it?

You have the option of changing or canceling your order during the checkout portion of the order process. If you have already submitted your order and wish to cancel it, contact our Customer Service center by phone at 1-866-348-7671, Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Time, to see if the order can be canceled prior to shipment. 2. Can I change my order once I place it?

You have the option of changing and canceling your order during the Checkout portion of the order process.

It is not possible to change your order after it has been submitted. The transaction takes place so quickly that it is not possible to handle changes. We suggest that if you wish to increase quantities or add items that you enter another order. Click here for information on how to make changes to an active auto-ship or subscription order.

3. Can I check my order status online?

Online order status is only available for orders placed on the web site. You can check your order's status by signing into Your Account . You will be asked to sign in with your Email and password.

4. How does the order process work?

Once you have filled your shopping cart and checked out, you will receive an order confirmation by Email. The confirmation will include an Order Number, which you can use for reference if you have any questions. Your order will be processed and your credit card charged during our next production cycle which is generally the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). The order is picked, verified, packed and shipped to you. At the time your order ships your credit card will be charged for the total amount indicated on your order. You will also receive an acknowledgment via Email that your order is on its' way, including a tracking number where applicable.
